Trial and Error Problem Solving – Part 2

February 26, 2015 - Many puzzle solutions begin with algebraic approaches, but end with trial & error techniques. The following two problems fall into this category.

Problem #8 (Granny's Age):  Ron was trying to guess his grandmother's age.  "The two figures of my age," she told him, "are the ages of your cousins Fred and Frank."
